RE: Left Stop light doesn't work but blinker does?

My last TT had that problem, I fought it for years. I was always told it was a ground problem. Sorry to say, I never did get the light to work properly. I finally gave up and bought a new one. May not be an option in your case, but in mine case the TT was 20 years old and served me well.

RE: Black Water Tank Cleaning

keep the idea of a flush king out of you head, they use too much water and take for ever to back flush a tank. buy a tornado or a quickie flush. use less water, takes less time to use and do a heck of a lot better job than a flush king. I don't know about you, but I have better things to do with my time than the time it takes to use a flush king. I through mine away, best thing I've ever done.

RE: Using a dedicated hose for the Black Tank Flush?

and store it some where where it will not come in contact with any thing that you will get sick from. I use a plastic tub to store all my sewer things

I use a block of wood, much cheaper than either of the two places you mentioned.

RE: 4x2 or 4x4?

I've had both and will always get 4x4's from now on. you may not use it very much but when you do need it, it's beats having to call a wrecker to get out of the mud or worse.

RE: Accessory Questions for My First RV

I like the levels that tell you how many inches off you are so you can add the desired blocks to make it level or very close to level, takes the guess work out of it.

RE: Would those of you who have had total knee surgery tell me?

I think they are thinking about your age in this case. How old are you, if you are in your 50's they try to get you to wait.

RE: World's Fastest Tow Vehicle?

I don't think I would pull any thing with a car, the transmissions are not strong enough in my mind. reminds me of the little movie of the little car in England pulling a TT up a hill past some cyclists, and smoking like crazy and didn't make it came back down the hill and crashed.

RE: picking a gear

do you have temp gage for the tranny? if so keep an eye on it and don't let the tranny get hot, and also watch that the tranny isn't hunting for the right gear all the time. I only have a 4 speed tranny and just let it do the shifting but on hills I usually do the shifting a little sooner than the truck will.

RE: Damaged Coupler and Frame - Need Opinions

bite the bullet and get it fixed. it happened to me on a boat trailer once, we just had to replace the channel tubing, much easier on the pocket book.
